HDL Construction is seeking a project manager with at least 5 years of experience with commerical building industry.

 

The project manager will work closely with various members of the project teams and will be responsible for the following:

 

• Supervise and direct large drywall crews ensuring maxium quality and production

• Ability to read and understand blueprints and other pertenient construction documents

• Schedule and coordinate large site deliveries

• Track and monitor jobsite labor and material costs

• Accurately document and report labor production for all site employees

• Perform material quantity take-offs as requested

• Ability to clearly and effectively communicate with site crew, HDL's managment and other project team members
